PETES Daycare Program

Welcome to the Pierre Elliott Trudeau Elementary School Daycare. Our daycare is available to all students of the Pierre Elliott Trudeau Elementary School. Our daycare follows the fees and procedures outlined by the Ministère de l'Éducation et Enseignement supérieur du Québec. All parents who wish to have their child attend daycare must complete a daycare registration form. In order to qualify for the subsidized program, students must attend daycare three days or more per week, for two or more sessions.

Please remember that the registration forms represent formal contracts. There should be one completed form per child in the family.

  • Make sure all the information is correct (i.e. phone numbers, address, medical numbers).
  • Check the boxes that your child is expected to attend: lunch, am daycare and/or pm daycare.
  • Sign and date the form.

Daycare program includes lunch supervision although students are not separated from their classmates who only stay for lunch. Food is not included in the fee and students are expected to bring healthy food to eat at lunch time. There is a hot lunch catering service provided by Chartwells three days a week from October to May. Petes Daycare does not coordinate this service although we will distribute the meals to the students who have ordered them.
