Principal’s Message

Dear P.E.T.E.S school community,

I am overjoyed to be the new principal of Pierre Elliott Trudeau Elementary School and I am looking forward to being a part of your child’s educational journey. In the short time that I have been at P.E.T.E.S, I can tell that it is a great school with an incredible community.

This year, P.E.T.E.S. is celebrating its 25th anniversary, and we are thrilled that you will be part of this milestone year. Our school has a proud tradition, and whether you are a returning family or new to our community, you will quickly see what makes our school such a special place.

Our dedicated staff work together to create a safe, caring, and engaging environment where students feel supported to take risks, try new things, and grow both academically and personally. We are proud to offer our students (grades 1-6) physical education, art, and music fostering creativity and love of learning in many forms.

I will encourage you to read emails that I will be sending out throughout this year, as they will often hold important information and dates. It will often share information from our SEED program and Home & School. Don’t forget to follow the P.E.T.E.S Facebook page to stay up to date with school activities.

I am here to support all students and help them reach their full potential. I am eager to work together as a collaborative team to make this a fantastic year.
